By accessing, engaging, or using any of the services offered by Goally Translations, the client fully and irrevocably accepts these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other related agreements. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
Goally Translations performs its translations exclusively through professional translators certified in accordance with the regulations of the relevant country (for example, NAATI, ATA, or officially registered sworn translators). Each translation is produced under strict standards of quality, accuracy, and faithfulness to the original content, in compliance with applicable professional codes of ethics, including those established by AUSIT and ATA.
All documents and information provided by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality. Goally Translations and its team are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. Details regarding the processing of your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Goally Translations will only commence a translation once the submitted file is complete, legible, and provided in a valid format. If this is not the case, the client will be notified and requested to provide a new version.
Certified translations will be delivered in PDF digital format unless otherwise agreed in writing. A standard template will be used to ensure consistency unless the client requests an alternative format and such request is feasible.
Goally Translations will make reasonable efforts to preserve the format of the original document provided by the client to the extent technically possible. However, the translation service offered by the company is strictly limited to the translation of textual content. Therefore, the final document may contain formatting or layout adjustments that differ from the source document.
Certified translations will be delivered using a standardized format with the following characteristics: Arial font size 12, justified alignment, 3 cm margins, and 1.5 line spacing, resulting in an average of approximately 250 words per translated page. This structure may vary depending on the nature of the source content, such as tables, lists, or other complex formatting elements.
For documents containing graphics, diagrams, letterheads, logos, or other custom design elements, Goally Translations does not guarantee exact reproduction. If the client requires faithful graphic adaptation or a layout identical to the source document, this must be expressly requested and will be quoted as an additional service separate from the translation itself.
For NAATI translations or equivalent certified translations, every reasonable effort will be made to maintain a visual format as close as possible to the original document, subject to the presentation requirements and limitations established by the certifying authority and any specific agreement reached with the client.
For certified translation services, the number of pages selected by the client must correspond to the number of pages resulting from the translation, based on the standard format described in the preceding clause (approximately 250 words per page).
It is the sole responsibility of the client to accurately select the required number of pages when placing an order. If Goally Translations determines that the number of pages paid for is lower than the number required for the completed translation, the client will be notified and an additional invoice will be issued for the outstanding amount. In such cases, delivery timeframes will commence only once full payment has been received and confirmed.
For short documents, such as driver's licences, identity cards, or identification cards, both sides of the document will be considered a single translation page provided that the total content does not exceed 250 words. For documents with a lower text density, the number of translation pages may correspond to the number of pages in the original document, provided that the established standard is not exceeded.
For NAATI translations or similar certification services, where the source document contains fewer than 250 words per page, page calculations may also be based on the structure of the original document unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Quotations issued by Goally Translations remain valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date they are sent to the client. After this period, prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Acceptance of a quotation does not constitute a reservation of services unless accompanied by payment or a formal written order confirmation.
Goally Translations reserves the right to modify or withdraw any quotation at any time before receiving written acceptance or the corresponding payment. In all other cases, the rates in effect at the time the service is actually provided shall apply.
Translations will be delivered exclusively in digital format via email during business days and standard business hours. Delivery timeframes will commence once the order has been formally placed, payment has been verified, and legible copies of all required documents have been received.
Estimated turnaround times are specified for each service offered. However, delivery times may vary depending on document volume, technical complexity (including, but not limited to, legal or medical texts), or unforeseen circumstances. Should additional time be required to ensure quality, the client will be notified accordingly.
Any special request (such as customized name translations or alternative terminology preferences) will be considered; however, Goally Translations does not guarantee implementation of such requests. Any adaptations will be made in accordance with applicable legal requirements and relevant professional codes of ethics.
Goally Translations shall not be liable for delays caused by a client's failure to respond promptly to requests for clarification. The client is responsible for ensuring that all communication channels provided, including email addresses and contact numbers, remain active and operational.
Goally Translations operates under a fully digital business model. Accordingly, physical delivery of translations is not included within standard services unless expressly agreed upon in writing. In such cases, all shipping costs and associated delivery times shall be borne by the client and will depend exclusively on the courier or postal service selected.
Goally Translations does not retain digital or physical copies of client documents for more than three (3) months. After this period, the availability of previously delivered files cannot be guaranteed.
Goally Translations provides no express warranties regarding the translation services rendered, except for any warranties that may be implied under applicable commercial laws. The company, its translators, collaborators, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims—whether direct or indirect—arising from the use of any translation provided, including but not limited to interpretation errors, decisions made by third parties, or unsuccessful administrative, legal, or commercial procedures.
Furthermore, Goally Translations shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance placed upon a translation by the client or any third party, regardless of whether such reliance arose from verbal or written advice, whether accurate, inaccurate, negligent, or otherwise.
The use of services provided by Goally Translations is entirely at the client's own risk. No verbal or written information supplied by the company shall create any warranty or representation beyond those expressly set forth in this document.
